Grants from £2,500 up to £10,000 are available to help you start trading from a city centre or local high street property.
All organisations can apply including businesses, sole traders, charities, CICs, voluntary organisations, and arts and culture groups.
Funding is available for long term, temporary or meanwhile use. The amount of funding available depends on the length of lease or rental agreement. Applicants will need to prove they can match the amount they’re requesting by 20 per cent.
Funding can be used for capital expenditure including structural works to a property or equipment to be used in the property.
Applications must be received before 11.59pm on Friday 29 March 2024, and successful applicants must start trading from the funded property by Wednesday 31 July 2024.
