High Streets Creative Practitioners Tender

    Bristol City Council logo

The High Streets Creative Practitioners Tender is open for applications – to deliver participatory creative activities on three Bristol high streets, including:

    • Ashley Road/ Grosvenor Road (BS1)
    • Crow Lane (BS10)
    • Oatlands Avenue (BS14)

Funding of £4,900 is available per high street, to deliver eight creative activities in each location between July and September 2024.

Activities should fulfil the aims of the wider high street programme, including creating locally distinctive places and experiences. The activities will be an opportunity for communities to connect, be creative, and share ideas for further culture and events they would like to see on their high street. We would like the appointed practitioners to particularly focus on working with young people (aged 13 to 17), families and older people.

The brief is open to Bristol-based creative practitioners or organisations. We are particularly interested to hear from individuals, collectives or organisations based in the relevant high streets, with experience of working there, or with another connection to the area.

The application window closes at 5pm on Monday 17 June.

Applications will be scored against set criteria with interviews week commencing 24 June.

Visit our website for information and to respond to High Streets Creative Practitioners Tender.

End date: 5:00pm on Monday June 17th, 2024
