Interested in running your own event series or club night at Watershed?
Watershed Trading is inviting proposals from promoters and independent event organisers to run events at Watershed. If you’ve always wanted to run an event series, club night or one-off performance / book launch / festival, then this is your invite to get in touch.
Watershed is looking to welcome new audiences and animate our spaces in new ways, as well as generating income for our trading company, of which all profits support our charitable work.
The spaces available include Waterside 3 and the bar, which is licensed until 2am.
Various deals and splits are negotiable – for example free late-night usage of the bar subject to minimum bar spend, or W3 room hire with sliding-scale pricing, with promoters taking ticket sales and Watershed taking bar income.

Proposals for events at least 3 months in advance are encouraged, though arrangements with less notice may be possible subject to venue availability.
