    Join us for an invigorating Pilates workshop designed to focus on the foundation of a healthy body – your spine. I will guide you through a series of targeted Pilates exercises aimed at strengthening and lengthening the muscles surrounding your spine, promoting better posture, flexibility, and overall spinal health. Discover the transformative power of Pilates as you learn essential techniques to support a strong, supple, and pain-free spine. Whether you’re a beginner or practised Pilates for a while this workshop offers valuable insights and exercises to enhance your well-being and foster a healthier, more resilient spine.

    This class offers a full-body workout focusing on strength and balance through standing, chair and mat-based exercises, using small Pilates equipment. Through creative exercises, you will improve your body awareness and learn to move your body functionally in everyday life. The class aims to be informative, mediative and fun while building core strength along the way.
