9 Bath Buildings is situated behind Kwik Fit and near to the Boston Tea Party on Cheltenham Road. It is a creative centre based in a newly refitted ground and first floor building with a central communal meeting and workspace area. The recent refit has included additional studios, intranet, meeting area and an overhaul of facilities. The building offers 16 studios of various sizes, suitable for a range of activities.
Current users of the studios include Architects, Interior Design, Science, Industrial Design, Music Production (sadly we cannot accommodate band rehearsals), Fashion, Cycle repairs/Servicing, Printing, Guitar Making and Internet Marketing.
Studio spaces are offered on a license to occupy basis, with (normally) a minimum of 12-months plus 3 months’ notice in the first instance. To make the space affordable, sharing of studios is encouraged.
Long term occupation is also available.
We are often full but spaces do become available as people move around. With this in mind, a phone call or email is always welcome so we can notify you when spaces are available.
Collaboration and good relationships between studio occupiers create a very welcome and enjoyable work environment. All enquiries are welcome. Over the years many start-ups and growing businesses have occupied spaces at Bath Buildings and then moved on to bigger premises due to their success.
The building provides a good platform for business development.
