We are a Bristol based charity who are ambassadors for play, making and the arts. Our organisation has several strands, which are developing as we strive to represent the needs of more groups within the community.
Our Scrapstore
Our Aladdin’s Cave of low-cost, varied and abundant scrap materials for creative play – safe surplus resources collected from business and industry. You can access the Scrapstore by becoming a member .
The Art Shop
Our very own quality arts and crafts shop is open to everyone with plenty of child-focused products and children’s area – our prices are very competitive and members can enjoy a 20% discount on shop purchases. We also host regular donation only Super Saturday Sample Sessions on the second Saturday afternoon of every month for families to come in and get crafty!
Scrapstore Play Services
We are a small dynamic team of experienced play professionals, who support, nurture, model and develop play in schools and other settings.
Children’s Sessions
We run Under 5’s Make A Mess sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.15-10.45am and Thursday afternoons from 13.45 – 15.15.
Look out for our vibrant programme of Holiday Stay & Play Sessions ahead of each school break, including Accessible and Inclusive Holiday Stay & Play as well as our drop off sessions for over 8’s, 8+ More.
Adult Workshops
We have a new and ever growing programme of adult workshops, and family crafting days which promote creativity and wellbeing, and we regualrly add new workshops.
