I'd want to move in a drawing desk, some basic computer equipment and a set of A4 metal drawers with drawing equipment.

Mostly digital and drawing/water-based work, so nothing exceptionally messy or smelly. I don't sing too much while working, so pretty quiet too.

I'm a PhD student, hence the studio would probably in use about 16 hours per week. (sometimes just for reading in!)
